ORIGINALITY : this device does not use a step motor but a system type RAM or LISA which is independent from the sewing head. Also the design of this device allows to use standard elastic or polyurethane elastic.

This device which is simply and efficiently designed allows attaching elastic of different widths either for circle sewing or for flat sewing from a continuous elastic.

The main advantage consists in permitting to sew circle elastic from a continuous elastic.

The originalities of this device are the following :

Adaptability : this device is easily installed by the customer or by us on any 3 thread overlock machine in the market type BROTHER, JUKI, YAMATO, RIMOLDI, PEGASUS etc. IN VERY LITTLE TIME. The interest consists in not having to purchase a sewing head, although we may also deliver complete units with overlock head.

Flexibility : this device allows attaching circle elastic (diagram n°1) or partial elastic (diagram n°2). Different values of elastic metering can be programmed. This machine is equipped with 2 adjustable presser feet : one for small widths, one for large widths. When not using this device, or for maintenance purpose the device can very rapidly retract to the side of the machine without using a tool (a few seconds) (photo 2).

Precision : the electronic metering device used is RAM or LISA, thus when changing tensions during operation the changes are effective IMMEDIATELY AT THE PRESSER FOOT, thus the changes of tensions are made at the required place and not displaced as when using an electronic motor for the rollers drive.

Application : underwear, corsetry, bathing suits etc.
