4 possibilities of use :

1/ Attaching simultaneously a bow and a cardboard tag under it (tags can be of different sizes and shapes): diagram n°1.

2/ Attaching a bow to a place and a cardboard tag to another place in two operations : diagram n°2.

3/ Attaching only bows to a chosen place. Bows can have a pearl or not thanks to a special presser foot :
diagram n°3.

4/ Attaching only cardboard tags to a chosen place. Tags
can have different sizes and shapes: diagram n°4.

This device consists of :

A special mechanism and foot for attaching bows in difficult places.
(example : between cups of a bra : diagram n°1)

An automatic tag or leaflet dispenser which accepts tags of different sizes and shapes and has an ultra fast loading process for small quantities (less than 10 seconds).

A single chainstitch sewing machine with safety stitch for bows ensuring a great strength when removing the tag.

On the other hand if none of the original functions of the machine is used the machine can be changed into a bar tacking machine with a clamp (modification time : about 1 hour).

Therefore this equipment is FLEXIBLE, SIMPLE TO MAINTAIN AND VERSATILE.

Available on machines type JUKI, BROTHER, YAMATO, PFAFF etc.

Application : corsetry, underwear, leasure wear, bathing suits etc.
