The D.E.C.ST9000 consists of one automatic rider label dispenser « D.E.C.R. » and one « ST9000 Dennison » head specially adapted for fastening size labels, price labels or brand-name labels.

Flexibility

Rider labels can be positioned and attached by one or several plastic staples to any location of the garment.

• the D.E.C.R. label dispenser allows : to work with basic rider labels by introducing them deep into the fold on the waist of the pants
• and to work manually with bigger rider labels which will be positioned on and in the pocket of the « Jeans ».

Thanks to the possibility of feeding only one label every X stapling cycle, you can work and handle very rapidly all types of labelling : example : for « Jeans » : put the number « 3 » on the control box : this means that the label will be automatically fed only at the third cycle of the machine : the 2 first cycles will staple the rider label in the pocket (manually-positioned) and at the end of the 2nd cycle the waist label will be automatically fed for the last stapling cycle of the « Jeans » (see diagrams) ; you can adjust the starting of the automatic label feeding cycle from 0 to 9.

The receptacle of the automatic label dispenser is adjustable in a matter of seconds and accepts rider labels of all sizes and shapes : Width : from 35 to 180 mm ; Length : from 80 to 280 mm.

When you want to use the machine only for bulking or pairing applications (without rider label) and for all applications where metal staple is used you can disconnect the « automatic label feeding » function by simply pressing on a push button located on the control box of the machine.

Quality, Reliability and rapidity : ultra fine needles – double T-end staples : the label cannot rotate as it is locked . Ultra reliable machine. Reels of 20 000 staples : ensures maximum productivity without breakage or downtime. The flexible design of this unit ensures that the label (or tag & ticket) remains tightly attached to the garment while on display, and the label is easily removed by the consumer when the garment is ready for use.

D.E.C.ST9000 output : on average 850 / hour (article + label) but this automatic unit can work much faster for simple pairing/bulking operations : 1500 staples / hour.
