The DESP.FP. attaches one or two style and/or size tags or leaflets on to one or several pairs of socks or any other item requiring this type of labelling using a "Dennison" type plastic fastener ( all in 1 second ! ). 3 models are available :

 

• The DESP.FP1000. for labelling 1 very thick pair or grouping several articles together of average or higher than average thickness up to a total thickness of approximately 80 mm! Uses "Dennison system 1000" fasteners and labels 1000 articles in a continuous run. Ideal for all heavy items where a labelling gun is inefficient , slow and unproductive.
• The DESP.FPII. for labelling 1 or several thin or average thickness articles up to a total thickness of approximately 50 mm. Uses "DENNISON fine fabric" fasteners, whose fine gauge and needle tips minimize the risk of damage to products. Ideal for all fragile articles.
• The DESP.FPStd. for labelling one or several thin or average thickness articles up to a total thickness of approximately 50 mm. Uses "DENNISON standard" fasteners which also permits the use of traditional and T-end, "Hook" type (see "Hook 1" & "Hook 2" drawings) and "swift loop" fasteners.

 

Units with one or two automatic tag dispensers :

 

• Units with one automatic "DESP" type tag & leaflet dispenser (ref.DESP.FP.) : Every time a fastener is inserted, a tag is automatically and accurately fed (the hole of the tag can be situated in different places) - It will take any size and shape of tags and changes can be done by the operator in a few seconds without a set of tools.
• Units with two automatic tag dispensers (ref.DE2SP.FP.) : 3 feeding options :
  • Independent selection of the tag dispensers : feeding from dispenser n°1 or n°2.
  • Simultaneous : 2 tags are fed and superimposed together : feeding from dispenser n°1 and n°2.
  • First then second dispenser for attaching two different tags in two different places on the product (see diagrams).
• The lower mobile arm allows the operator to work just as easily with thin or thick products.. In addition the DE(2)SP.FP. offers the option of manually attaching an additional rider-label, tag or leaflet to the product.
