The DEC.2FP (2 heads) – DEC.3FP (3 heads) attaches all types of cardboard or plastic header cards of all sizes and shapes by 2 or 3 plastic fasteners inserted simultaneously.

It consists of 2 or 3 heads with spacing very easily adjustable and for an optimum positioning of the plastic fasteners (versions with 4,5,6 heads or more, please consult us).

FLEXIBILITY

Very easy insertion of the article : height of the attaching modules adjustable for adapting to any thickness of the items to be labelled.
Very rapid fastener change: it takes only a few seconds to change the strips of 50 or 100 or rolls of 1000 fasteners (standard, fine or « system 1000 » formats).
Ultra fast and very simple changes of head spacing by the operator.
This machine is mounted on a table which allows the operator to stand or to be seated for working depending on the type of application.
Two types of presentation :
1. Article fully inserted into the fold, with or without a hook (see diagram n°1).
2. Article partially inserted into the fold (see diagram n°2 & 3).

SAFETY : two-hand safety system for starting the attaching cycle.
