Machine for fastening header cards by plastic fasteners to products like bath rugs, household linen, floor cloths or similar products with a triangular fastening style and a fastener for hanger locking. |
1/ This
assembly can be offered in different versions:
a/ fastening by 3 fasteners : 2 fasteners at the bottom of the header card and one on the top for the hanger locking.

According to the thickness and the density of the products displayed in the
header card, we offer 2 types of
fastening heads:

« Standard » Module, which
uses clips of 50 pcs. of plastic fasteners for flexible and medium thickness
products.
·
« System
1000 »
Module which uses rolls of 1000 pcs. plastic fasteners for heavy and dense
products.
An advice
regarding the choice of equipment can only be given upon receipt of samples.
FLEXIBILITY : the adjustment of the spacing between the fastening heads is simply and rapidly achieved by the operator.
Changes of plastic fasteners (rolls or clips) are easy and rapid. This equipment enables to work with or without a suspension hanger
(diagram n°4 – hanger
without locking, n°5, n°6 – fastening by 3 plastic fasteners inserted
through the hanger holes).
QUALITY : constant quality, avoids damaging and
crushing the header cards thanks to special presser foot.
SAFETY : for the operator a safety bi manual push
button is used to start cycle.
OPTIONS evacuation and stacking device, automatic header card dispenser.
