QUALITY : Preprinted self-adhesive labels (which have to be available in roll) are applied accurately in a specific place thanks to mobile stop motion devices for the item to be labelled (diagram 1).

FLEXIBILITY : The design of this unit is modular which allows it to be used in different ways according to different product types (diagram 2). Moreover, different label shapes can be used : round, square, rectangular, hexagonal etc.

For rectangular shapes, dimensions are the following :
Minimum width : 12 mm height : 17 mm
Maximum width : 80 m height : 80 mm

INNOVATION : this machine is also able to detect & apply transparent labels which can be delivered onto a roll with a transparent support band.

OUTPUT : 1000 to 1400 labels applied /hour according to the type of item and workstation arrangement.
