PRECISION: the self-adhesive labels (pre-printed or to be printed) which are presented on rolls are applied with regularity and precision on the items (cardboard tag, or directly onto products: see diagrams 1, 2, 3, and 4).
In order to facilitate applying process, we can supply on option mobile stop devices for positioning the product to be labelled.
FLEXIBILITY: this device is designed so as to suit the different thicknesses and shapes of the products to label (socks, bags (sachets), boxes, or directly on the product).
There is a possibility to print continuously self-adhesive labels on their support without separating them from their support, for manually applying them.
SPEED: according to the product and workstation type, the production can reach 1000 to 1400 labels applied / hour.
CONNEXION: this machine can be connected to any automatic system for applying to products running continuously.
