This device allows to edge an item with braid (such as bias etc.) and to cut it at the end of the operation so that it can overlap at the end of the sewing. (see diagram n° 1)

OPTIONS
Braid can be cut by mecanical scissors only or it can be cut + welded on the edge to eliminate unravelling (see diagram n°2).

FLEXIBILITY
This device accepts different widths and qualities of braid : the most successful results are achieved when working with synthetical materials.
When not using this device, the lockstitcher can be used as a basic machine.

QUALITY
Does not require any specific training.

FIABILITE
Very simple device, virtually maintenance free.

OPERATING METHOD
Braid is cut before the end of the operation to enable crossing. It is then reinserted at the end to prepare the next article.

APPLICATIONS
Slippers, household linen, babies’ wear, leather, garments etc. (see diagram n°3).
This device can be adapted to machine type cylinder arm, simple, or needle and top feeder type DURKOPP, PFAFF, JUKI, BROTHER, SEÏKO,etc....
