Several versions are possible :

Diagram n°1 : bar tacks on 5 or 6 thread flat seam
E.g. : on panties bottom or tights belt for extra flat bar tack.

Diagram n°2 : folded bar tacks parallel to the seam on 3 or 4 thread overlock seam or cup seamer type of machine for PULLOVERS.

Diagram n°3 : bar tack with simple backlatch on 3 or 4 thread overlock machine for flattening the seam.

The originality of this device consists in cutting the chain at required length, then folding it along the seams and cutting the excess of chain.

E.g. : with pullovers (backlatch on cup seam) : the chain is cut at required length as well as knitting threads on welts.

RESULTS in very flat backlatch. VERY NEAT FINISHING.
FLEXIBILITY : bar tacks on flat or round articles can also be achieved (e.g. : closed sleeves).
This device is very simple to use and maintain.
IMPORTANT
When not using the backlatch device the machine can be used as a standard programmable bar tacker machine.

ADAPTABLE to machines BROTHER – JUKI – MITSUBISHI – PFAFF etc.

APPLICATIONS : corsetry, underwear, garments, women's and children's tights, etc.
