The originality of this device consists in allowing to attach elastic
band in round or in flat with reinsertion of the elastic band.

ADVANTAGE : the crossing junctions are PERFECT. There are only a little fewer gathers on 1 cm, which is hardly visible at the place of crossing.

Operating mode :

• As soon as a cycle is finished the elastic band is inserted in the presser foot and maintained in tension.
• As the fabric is inserted under the presser foot the elastic band is sewn around the article.
• At the end of the article, the elastic band is cut allowing to finish with a slight crossing after the thread is cut resulting in round elastic attaching style from a continuous elastic band.

However this device can achieve gathers of different values in using an electronical tension on the elastic.

When this operation is carried out on legs, a tension inversion device allows balancing of the product by inverting the order of tensions from one leg to another.

The device also allows to work with cut and reinsertion on flat article.
