Each tag feeding device operates independently thanks to a selection of the required type of display. The following types of display can be achieved :

A/ Attaching rider labels (diagram n°1).
B/ Attaching tags folded in two on articles (diagram n°2).
C/ Attaching tags (diagram n°3).

IMPORTANT : all these tags or labels can have different sizes and shapes. An ultra fast selection of the required type of display allows frequent and very rapid changes.

FLEXIBILITY : ultra fast use of different size and shape of tags / labels. Adaptable to all button sewing machines type BROTHER, JUKI, YAMATO, PFAFF, DURKOPP etc.
When not used for sewing tags / labels the machine can be used for sewing buttons or bows.
Uses cardboard and / or plastic tags / labels.

VERSATILITY : attaches tags / labels (with an optional device bows and buttons can be sewn).

OPERATION : extremely simple. Changes of applications or operations are achieved in a few minutes by the operator and without using a tool.

MAINTENANCE : virtually maintenance free. Equals to using a traditional sewing machine.

APPLICATIONS : underwear, garments, corsetry, bathing suits, socks, household linen etc.

Production : up to 1000 tags or labels sewn / hour.
