This machine prefolds cardboard or plastic rider labels with ”V” (diagram n°1) or “U” (diagram n°2) style folding. The width of the double folding is easily adjustable for avoiding the operator to make the folding by inserting the product into the label which causes puckers on products and makes it harder to introduce the product.

This also facilitates the partial introduction of the product into the label (diagram n°3).

FLEXIBILITY : this device can be adapted to old or recent machines type PFAFF, DURKOPP, JUKI, BROTHER etc. Changing of the sewing stitch position is easily achieved by the operator by using a simple control device without tool. The sewing stitch can be removable or non-removable.

IMPORTANT : regarding the machine head 2 versions are available:
a/ The device can be installed on a sewing head.
b/ The device can be installed on a plastic fastener insertion head

Labels of different shapes and sizes are accepted by the label dispenser which is adjustable in a few seconds by the operator without using a tool.

SIMPLICITY : due to the simple design of this unit the operating mode and maintenance do not require any specific skill.

QUALITY : on option a variable speed drive can be adapted on request in order to avoid any risk of cut in very fine fabrics.

APPLICATION : socks, underwear, corsetry, household linen, bathing suits etc.
PRODUCTION : up to 1000 labels per hour according to the lengths of the runs and operator skill.
