The originality of this device consists in being automatic.

Operating mode:

When the article is positioned under the presser foot the elastic band is driven into position under the needles which lock it for a programmed number of stitches, then the elastic is automatically moved and freed inside the collarette. Its tension is constant as it is electronically programmed. At the end of the sewing, the elastic band is driven again under the needles which maintain it, then the collarette is cut by automatic cut, and operation can continue by sewing the second leg (see diagram), with equal balance of the tension on the two legs.

This complete assembly is electronically controlled by a reliable and accurate programming control box, it is very simple to use for the whole collarette sewing cycle, with automatic cut at the beginning and the end of the collarette.

This machine can also be adapted to a workstation for sewing and stacking (see photo).
