This device allows to attach woven labels of all sizes WITHOUT ADJUSTMENT
in semi automatic mode (see operating mode).

A/ The woven label is manually introduced at the end of the operation in a special trap in the lower part of the sewing machine plate.

B/ Then the operator inserts material under the presser foot of the sewing machine and sewing can start. When woven label insertion is needed, the operator sends a signal and the woven label is automatically inserted in the required place in the collarette, or under an elastic when using an elastic attaching machine, or in an overlock seam (diagrams n°1 – 2).

This clever device has VERY SIMPLE USE AND MAINTENANCE.

SIMPLICITY : entirely pneumatic. Maintenance free.

QUALITY : the woven labels are always attached perfectly straight, in particular when using small width and long woven labels corsetry style.

FLEXIBILITY : uses simple, double or pre-folded woven labels, whatever their size, embroidered or printed. A TECMA woven label dispensing device can also be added to this device for distributing woven labels one by one to the operator for insertion (see brochure n°70).
