Automatic “u”-shape and “h”-shape rider label attaching machine by plastic fasteners with dual head: 1 head for fastening by “system 1000” plastic fasteners (for thick products) and 1 head for fastening by “fine” plastic fasteners (for lighter products) , with automatic hook feeding.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This assembly consists of :

                     

·        An automatic rider label feeding and folding device.

·        An automatic hook dispenser with introduction into the slot of the rider label.

·        An “h”-shaped label folding device.

·        A device for introducing the product into the rider label for fastening operation by plastic fastener.

·        2 fastening heads, commutable for changing from one head to another.

·        An automatic evacuation device at the end of the cycle to a belt or a box.
