This assembly comprises 2 plastic fastener attaching modules : one for fine produts, one for thick products (see diagrams).

Changing from one module to another is rapidly achieved by the operator without having to use a tool, without any adjustment, in less than a minute.

The main feature of this unit consists in allowing to change very easily and rapidly  from a fine product to a thick product (by rapidly exchanging the fastener attaching module).

ADVANTAGES:

of 50 or 100 pcs. , Polypro or Nylon-made.

QUALITY : No product damage such as cuts, pulled thread etc. thanks to the new generation of plastic fastener attaching modules.

SAFETY : Total safety for the operator due to the type of cycle start (bi manual). No hand fatigue, no carpian-tube related problems (pneumatic drive).

PRODUCTION : about 850 pcs / hour according to the operator skill, the duration of the series, and the type of workstation.
