The DECBP automatically attaches a label to any article either in a rider label style or in a leaflet style (see diagrams 1 and 2).

The automatic label dispenser and its folding device allow to change rapidly and easily the type of presentation of the rider label : in a traditional rider label style or folded in two (leaflet style).

FLEXIBILITY & SAFETY:

The automatic label dispenser DEC.BP is adaptable on all current machines such as bar-tacking machines : Brother, Juki, Yamato, Lewis, Reece, Pfaff, Dürkopp etc… When not working with this device, the machine can still be used in its original version : bar-tacking machine.
It will take any size and shape of labels and changes can be made in a few seconds by the operator without using a set of tools.
Labels can be positioned very easily on whatever part of the item : Both of the operator’s hands are kept free so that he only has to handle the item positioning.

QUALITY : extra-thin needle and thread guarantee labelling without any risk of causing holes and snags in items.
