The DECCR.FP.II/FP.Std/FP.1000 automatically attaches cardboard or plastic labels to one or several items by plastic fasteners. It consists of :

1 tagging head "TECMA Engineering" by plastic fasteners type FP.II (uses fine fasteners) or type FP.Std (uses standard fasteners) or type FP.1000 (uses "System 1000" fasteners) + 1 complete special presser foot device for handling all types of thicknesses : it enables to label a single item as well as to bulk several articles together up to about 60 mm thickness ! and to avoid crushing labels and products.
1 Automatic label dispenser : adjustable in a matter of seconds and designed for using rider labels of any size and shape.
1 automatic item(s) inserting, folding and attaching label device :

• 2 types of items insertions in the label : complete or partial.
• 2 types of cards folds : “ V ” or “ U ” type

1 single evacuation device or 1 stacker or 1 stacker + conveyor : 3 possibilities :

• Single evacuation : the labelled items are evacuated one by one on a plate which can be straight or inclined (DECCR.FP ref.4 BisVersion 1).
• Stacker : the labelled items are evacuated, deposited and stacked one by one in a receptacle (DECCR.FP ref.4 Bis Version 2 ).
• Stacker + conveyor : the labelled items are evacuated, stacked in preprogrammed quantities (example : a pack of three items), and then conveyed pack by pack to the right of the machine (DECCR.ref.4 Bis Version 3).

Operating method : the operator only has to load 1 or several items in front of the automatic item inserting device and the cycle automatically starts : by photoelectric cell or finger button.
