The CLIPOMATIC has been designed for securely and rapidly clipping and closing open plastic hooks (see photo) which are very hard to fix & close manually by an operator.

Operating mode : the operator positions an open hook in the CLIPOMATIC then introduces the hole of the label (of the pair of socks which is already labelled) into the pin of the hook and starts cycle of automatic hook closing by foot pedal : the hook is then clipped and closed securely and effortlessly for the operator.

AACLIPOMATIC : AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR PICKING UP AND APPLYING SELF-ADHESIVE LABELS (on computer type sheets) TO CARDBOARD LABELS OR ARTICLES + SIMULTANEOUS CLOSING OF THE PLASTIC HOOK.

The ACCLIPOMATIC has been designed for automatically applying bar-code self-adhesive labels behind the cardboard label (from computer type sheets) and simultaneously closing the plastic hook into the cardboard label thanks to the CLIPOMATIC device for simultaneously closing hooks and applying self-adhesive label.

Operating mode : the operator positions a hook in the CLIPOMATIC, positions the cardboard label and starts cycle : in about 1 second the hook + self-adhesive labels are applied.
