MACHINE FOR SEWING TAGS, DECORATIVE ELEMENTS, BOWS OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS WITH PROGRAMMING OF THE SEWING STITCH TYPES |
ORIGINALITY :
Thanks to an electronic programming this machine allows to achieve in a chain different types of sewing stitches.
Example: sewing bow(s) with one or several stitches of the same type (adjustable: stitch length, number of stitch per sewing, sewing speed) and right after sewing a tag with other stitch features.
The COMPLETE SEQUENCE BEING ELECTRONICALLY MEMORIZED
The
feature of this device consists in being flexible, as it allows to achieve in
a chain several operations with different stitch types on a same article,
without using tools by the operator, resulting in a very flexible use of this
machine thanks to its programmable sequencer.
This assembly consists of :
a.
A sewing head with electronic programming.
b. An automatic cardboard tag of leaflet dispenser (diagram n° 1)
c. A special presser foot device with its device for sewing bows or decorative elements (diagram n° 2)
d. A electronic variator for adjusting the machine rotation which can go very low, resulting in reducing problems of cuts or holes on delicate articles.
OPTION : a second automatic cardboard tag or leaflet dispenser.
Application : corsetry, underwear, garments, socks, etc.
