Machine for sewing pompons to socks, beanies (hats), gloves etc…

This sewing machine consists of a special button sewing machine and a special pressure foot device which can be used on socks, beanies (hats), gloves etc…
The main feature of this machine consists in enabling to use different sizes pressure foot by simply changing a small part which varies according to the different pompon diameters.
This machine was designed to facilitate the positioning of pompons and to obtain a premium sewing quality on the product. It is very easy to use and to maintain .
FLEXIBILITY : it is possible to transform rapidly the machine in a rider label or tag sewing machine by changing the type of pressure foot.
PRODUCTION : from 600 to 800 pompons per hour. This number may vary according to the operator skill, the length of the series and the type of workstation.
APPLICATION : socks, beanies (hats), gloves etc…
