This machine is equipped with the following devices :

1- A rapid cut device for the automatic cut of the elastic at the beginning and the end of sewing. This device uses an electronical detection with programmed counting and can ACHIEVE « TANGA » TYPES OF SEWING STYLE.

2- An elastic metering device with electronically-programmable tensions.

3- A device for inserting woven labels in the seam. Whatever the size and shape of the woven labels, whether simple or double, permeable or not, THEY ARE ALWAYS ATTACHED PERFECTLY STRAIGHT.

4- A special lighting device allowing to change lighting color for adapting to any color is inserted in the sewing head.

All these devices are MODULAR and are to be adapted on the machine upon request.

These devices can be fitted on machines type BROTHER, JUKI, PEGASUS, RIMOLDI etc.

This equipment is very simple to use and maintain and also allows to ARRANGE SPECIAL WORKSTATIONS UPON REQUEST : standard frame, column frame for working with a stacker etc.
