The feature of this machine consists in automatically loading the fabric under the sewing guiding components in hidden time, thus allowing to prepare the next operation while the previous one is being carried out.

1° It uses 3 / 4 thread rapid overlock machines type BROTHER, JUKI, PEGASUS etc.

2° It is equipped with an automatic backlatch at the beginning of sewing (diagram n°2) which achieves a perfect finishing while saving sewing thread.

3° A special automatic sewing guiding device is used to achieve a perfect and regular guiding of the fabric edge to be overlocked.

4° A device for automatically loading the fabric under the guiding device allows to prepare a new operation while the previous sewing is made automatically.

5° An automatic woven label attaching device with programmed place (diagram n°3) is available on option.

6° A the end of sewing an evacuation with staking can also be adapted upon request.
