This device automatically cuts chains at the beginning and the end of sewing (see diagram) either completely at the edge of the fabric or with very little chain left when this is necessary without damaging the fabric because the cut is made by TECMA’s  original device and not by suction.

IMPORTANT

This device cuts bottoms of panties chains with a special rapid cutter instead of a pneumatic cut by suction which has the inconvenience at the end of sewing of sucking in not only the chain but also the fabric and therefore causes damage.

The cutter is electronically controlled for cutting at the beginning and the end of sewing. In order to facilitate this operation, a special lighting device in front of the needles allows to work through transparency, particularly when sewing crossed bottoms WITHOUT HAVING TO RETURN THE ARTICLES, WHATEVER THEIR COLOR. This lighting device can supply several types of colors by selection which can be changed according to the colors of the fabric of the products.

These devices can be adapted to flat bed or cylinder arm machines type PEGASUS – RIMOLDI – FLATSEAMER – BROTHER etc.

Applications : standard underwear or seamless products, garments etc.

This machine can be equipped with a workstation including a stacker or any other device which may facilitate sewing operations.
